In April 2015, I took a fantastic trip to Chile and Argentina, Patagonia and did the Lake Crossing through the Andes from Chile to Argentina. We spent 1 night in Puerto Varas, one day doing the Lake Crossing from Puerto Varas, Chile to Puerto Paneulo, Argentina, three nights in Bariloche, Argentina and 3 nights in Buenos Aires. 	The Lake Crossing thru the Andes from Puerto Varas, Chile to Puerto Panuelo, Argentina, Patagonia. April 7, 2015 To make the crossing you go on four buses, three catamarrans, three lakes and through two countries down the middle of the Andes. It is spectacular!
	La Bamba de Areco Estancia The Estancia is located 1 1/2 hours from Buenos Aires and only 8 miles from San Antonio de Areco, one of the oldest towns in Argentina. This small 18th century colonial town is the birthplace of the gaucho tradition and La Bamba de Areco continues this tradition.
