Cradle Mountain is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Tasmania and is part of the Cradle Mountain-Lake St. Clair National
Park. The park is part of the Tasmanian World Heritage Area and also includes Lake St. Clair, which is a 600-foot deep glacial lake (the deepest in the southern hemisphere). Cradle Mountain is easily
accessible from Devonport, Launceston and Hobart.
