other professionals, travel agents have expertise in the travel industry; know the regions of the world; and are knowledgeable about the airlines, cruise lines and tour companies. We work directly
with our travel partners because they negotiate excellent rates with the airlines, hotels, transfer companies and day tour operators which we can pass onto you, our client. We do all the work so you don't

your tickets, hotel vouchers and other travel documents are checked for accuracy and then shipped to you. If you want to book some things yourself, that's OK. We will coordinate your bookings
with the bookings of our wholesaler so you will have everything in one place. Once your booking is finalized and before you travel, we act as your Personal Concierge. We contact all the
hotels, transfer companies, and tour operators and let them know you are coming and if you are celebrating anything special on your trip. All you have to do is travel, experience and enjoy the

What does all this service cost you? Generally absolutely nothing! The only time we charge you a fee is if you want us to book something that is not
commissionable or we will charge a planning fee to put together an itinerary for you if you want to do the booking work yourself. We will be happy to give you a one-half hour free consultation; but after
that we require a commitment from you one way or the other and copies of your passport name pages to get the ball rolling.
