Le Belvedere Restaurant is 600 meters up a narrow, winding road leading to the top of Mont Arorai. We made a make a reservation through the concierge at the
InterContinental and Le Belvedere sent their own Le Truck to pick us up. The trip up takes about a half hour and once there the restaurant has a beautiful view of Papeete. Chris, Stevie, Mary Anne,
Patty and Connie feasted on some wonderful cheese and meat fondue. We went up in the evening but we were told that the best time to go is late in the afternoon where you can swim in the pool and
watch
the sun set over Papeete.
