The Cook Islands are known for their quilting - the tivaevae, for ukeleles, silk screening, and for weavings, wonderful Cook Island hats and fans.  They are also known for TAV which is a shop that specializes in silk-screening fabrics and then making them into clothes which are sold around the world.  When you finish looking at this page, please click on Aitutaki to the second most visited island in the Cook Islands.

The ukeleles are made by the prisoners in the Rarotonga jail.
