As we continued down the coastal road, we came to the Fa'aurumai Waterfalls (PK 22.3, Tiarei). There are three falls here but we only went
to the first one - Vaimahutu - which falls 100 feet down to a pool. Because of the time of the tour (rainy season), the waterfall was seen at its best. It is set in a rain forest and there is a river
which traverses through the rain forest. If you walk another 20 minutes, you will come to two other falls - Haamaremare iti and Haamaremare rahi.
